Grand Bay Garden Club has the May yard of the month at 13560 Wintzell Avenue, Bayou La Batre. This house on the west side is just before River Road. April and May are a glorious time for our locally planted roses.
George and Sandra Hunt have 2 shades of pink roses that have a delightful fragrance. The first hibiscuses are starting to open their large blooms with their extra long stigma protruding farthest.
This clean well kept yard is a wonderful asset to the neighborhood.
